To use Dread Crown, you must be at least 13 years old. By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you can legally enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration

• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or misuse the Service.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

• • Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized.
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• • Avoid creating, sharing, or distributing illegal, offensive, or misleading content.

You may not:

• • Reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.

Additional community or conduct guidelines may apply to in-game chat, forums, or events. Violations of those rules may also result in suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

• • All content, assets, systems, characters, and branding (including "Dread Crown" and its logo) are owned by the Dread Crown team or its licensors.
• • You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works based on any part of Dread Crown without written permission.
• • You retain ownership of any user-generated content ("UGC") you create but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content for game-related purposes.
• • We reserve the right to remove or moderate UGC that violates these Terms or community standards.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• • Dread Crown may offer both free and paid services. Pricing and features are listed on our website.
• • Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store payment details.
• • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support.
• • All sales of Ashcoins (in-game currency) are final and non-refundable.

6. Matchmaking and Combat System

• • Combat outcomes are determined by real-time physics, player skill, and server-side validation.
• • While we strive for fairness, outcomes may vary due to latency, skill differences, or connection quality.
• • All combat results are final and non-disputable.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for:

• • Abusive behavior toward other players or staff
• • Cheating, manipulation, or unauthorized API use
• • Violation of these Terms

You may terminate your account at any time by closing it through the settings menu.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dread Crown and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell personal information.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dread Crown regarding the Service.
