Reset an email password

1. Open Sign In and choose Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email used for your Dread Crown account.
3. Open the password-reset link sent by the authentication provider.
4. Choose a new password on the reset page, then sign in again.

Google and Discord accounts manage credentials with their identity provider. Use that provider's account-recovery flow if you cannot authenticate.

Contact support

Use Contact Support for account questions, technical help, purchase issues, gameplay feedback, feature requests, or business inquiries. The form records the request in Dread Crown's support inbox; it does not promise a specific response time.

• Include your username and contact email.
• Describe what you expected and what happened instead.
• Include match, replay, or transaction identifiers when relevant.
• Never send a password, access token, payment-card number, or recovery code.

Report a bug

Use Report a Bug for reproducible product problems. Choose an accurate severity and include clear steps. The bug form automatically includes browser, platform, language, screen, and window information to help diagnosis.
